The Science and Innovation Park is at Red Barn Lane, Wroughton, SN4 9LT. The Park is six miles from Junction 16 of the M4 Junction, through the village of Wroughton. The park is large, and it is a 10-minute drive from the main entrance to the Hawking Building
Led by an expert tour guide through the incredible Hawking Building, the group will encounter hundreds of objects up close, from huge icons of transport including a Sno-Cat used in a Trans-Antarctic expedition, right through to the tiny toy duck that helped a spacecraft land on a comet. This behind-the-scenes tour will take you from objects that explored the stratosphere to machines that plumbed the depths of our oceans.
The tour will last for 90 minutes and will be for a maximum of 15 people, so this will be a car share event. There is no food or drink available to purchase, and none allowed within the Hawking Building. There is no shop on site. There are plenty of toilets.
Please note that this visit is full and a waiting list is operating.
